Low Profile PCI Express 1 Port RS232 Powered (IDE) 1 Amp POS Card
Description
Low Profile PCI Express card providing one powered RS232 serial port, designed for POS and powered serial device applications.
Supports data transfer rates up to 921,600 baud with 128 byte transmit and 128 byte receive FIFOs. Up to 1 Amp selectable power is provided through pins 1 and 9 to connected peripherals. Additional power is supplied directly from the PC PSU via a Parallel ATA (PATA/IDE) power connector for stable powered serial communication.
