Aluminium heatsink designed for Raspberry Pi Compute Modules, providing efficient thermal dissipation for the SoC.
Maximised surface area ensures effective heat conduction away from the processor. Used by Brainboxes in BB-400 and BB-411 devices.

- Requires additional included thermal pad for some models
